Perhaps it was Heidi Klum who said it best. “In fashion,” the German-American model and entrepreneur would say at the end of each episode of her seminal TV show Project Runway, “one day you are in and the next, you’re out.”

While Klum’s sign-off was ostensibly about fashion, the same idea can be applied to trends more generally — whether we’re talking beauty, wellness, dining or even entertainment and experiences. And though trends may have come and gone (and, in some cases, have come back again) since Klum last signed off with those iconic words, the sentiment itself very much holds true today.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with Westfield to take a look the trends that are reigning supreme right now, from food to fashion and more. We also hung out with stylist and artist Steffi Foo to get a first-hand look at how to style some of the hottest trends of the moment and how you can bring them to life.
